We tailored to the intimate nature of the event. Responsibilities include assisting with location selection, arranging permits, coordinating with essential vendors (photographer, officiant & florist), creating a simplified timeline, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience for the couple on their special day.

Small weddings (20-50 guests)

We focus on creating an intimate and personalized experience. Duties involve venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation.

Medium size weddings(50-100 guests)

Vendor selection and coordination, venue logistics, timeline creation, guest coordination, design and decor planning, and overseeing all aspects on the wedding day. Our role is to execute the couple's vision while managing the intricate details to ensure a memorable celebration.
